Wow thats very encouraging news for all the constructors out there. The increase of 7% says it all. Such a big increase in this given year. The construction business will keep flowing every year.

These clauses have been repeatedly challenged in court, to little avail. The general rule is that they are enforceable if they were openly negotiated and not surreptitiously or unilaterally imposed.
